Responsibilities:
- Responsible for office management, including but not limited to telephone and internet services.
- Analyze and organize office operations and procedures to increase efficiency.
- Assist the chief executive when needed and requested.
- Creates, implements, and monitors hospital tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives.
- Implementing system and market-specific initiatives to support and achieve organizational goals, and communicates regularly with management to ensure strategies align with system goals.
- Conducting needs assessment surveys with key stakeholders (community, patients, families, physicians, and referral sources) to identify service needs and opportunities for program development.
- Providing regular and timely information about the hospital’s services to referral sources and the community through in-person visits, presentations, tours, conferences, and health screenings.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing and referral initiatives to generate a continuous flow of admissions to meet the census goals of the hospital and build the Tabitha Medical Center brand in the community.
Requirements:
- Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must have basic skills in computer: such as using Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Good and strong work ethic with a positive attitude and personality.
- Excellent teamwork and people skills.
- Be flexible and eager to learn new things.
- Attention to detail.
