Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated and well-organized administrative officer to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the college and ensuring effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front office and reception duties, welcoming visitors and responding to inquiries.
- Maintain student and staff records.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of School and teaching staff.
- Manage non-teaching staff
- Coordinate school communications, meetings, and scheduling.
- Handle official correspondence, filing, and document control.
- Support school events and staff coordination.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an HND
