Job summary
As an office administrator you will ensure smooth daily business operations by managing administrative tasks, greeting visitors, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will support staff, coordinate meetings/travel, manage records, and sometimes assist with basic bookkeeping, acting as a central point of contact for business

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Scheduling posts, monitoring trends, and engaging with followers on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
- SEO & SEM Support: Conducting keyword research, on-page optimisation, and backlink building, and assisting with Google Ads.
- Content Creation: Drafting blog posts, creating marketing copy, and generating basic graphic or video content for campaigns.
- Marketing Support: Assisting the team with email marketing, database management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma in arts, social science, marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Excellent written/verbal communication, strong analytical skills, creativity, and a proactive desire to learn.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suitese.g Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Canva, and content management systems (CMS) is preferred.
- Previous experience in office administration or a related role.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
