Role Description
The Administrative Manager will oversee and coordinate office operations, and ensure efficient workflow and compliance with organizational standards. Responsibilities include scheduling, maintaining records, ensuring smooth communication across teams, managing budgets, supervising clerical duties, and handling sensitive information with discretion. He/She will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals including managing recruitment efforts, employee relations, performance management, training and development programs, and compliance with employment laws. The role also involves creating and maintaining a positive work culture and fostering employee engagement to support organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nigeria, requiring effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills for scheduling, record-keeping, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Leadership and supervisory skills to manage administrative staff and provide strategic guidance.
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to foster productive relationships and seamless collaboration.
- Financial acumen for budget management and maintaining cost-efficient operations.
- Experience in HR policy development and compliance with labor laws
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the tech or network infrastructure industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
