Job summary
We are looking for a high-performing experienced and skilled Admin HR within Medical Supply And Services Field to join our team. You will be responsible for providing support to the Team, coordinate our businesses with other facilities with compliance, labour laws and regulations, with HR initiatives to drive business.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and training records.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and preparing employment contracts.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees and handle performance management and appraisal processes.
- Handle procurement activities, vendor evaluations, and payment/reimbursement processes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR related matters, including policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Investigate and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
- Assist with the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars to promote employee development and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Provide support and advice to the management on our suppliers and our clients.
- Implement and promote health, safety, and wellness programs.
- Prepare and analyze HR-related reports, including attendance, turnover, and training metrics.
- Assist with disciplinary actions, including investigations, suspensions, and terminations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality handle sensitive information and conflicts.
- Proficient in Microsoft office particularly excel word and PowerPoint.
