We are hiring an Administrative & Front Desk Officer to support daily operations in a beauty studio and training academy at Jakande, Lekki. The role involves managing front desk activities, attending to walk-in clients, responding to calls, WhatsApp messages, and online inquiries, and providing information about services and training programs.

Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and attend to walk-in clients and inquiries
- Answer phone calls and respond to WhatsApp, email, and online messages promptly
- Provide accurate information about services, courses, schedules, and pricing
- Support student onboarding, registration, and basic record-keeping
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, and internal coordination
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Support brand activities such as pop-ups, exhibitions, or external events when required
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp, email, Google Docs/Sheets)
- Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Experience in administration, customer service, or a service-based business is an advantage.
