Administrative & Consulting-Officer
Job summary
We are looking to hire a proactive and professional Administrative & Consulting Officer - ACO-02 for a full-time position. The role requires a candidate with at least 2 years of experience who can independently manage administrative functions while actively supporting consulting delivery and client engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day full-time administrative operations of the consulting firm
- Coordinate consulting projects, timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- Prepare and review client proposals, reports, presentations, and engagement materials
- Support senior consultants across strategy, HR, performance, and training engagements
- Organize and manage workshops, retreats, assessments, and coaching sessions
- Maintain client records, contracts, invoices, and engagement documentation
- Serve as a primary liaison between clients and consulting teams
- Ensure consistency, quality, and professionalism in all client-facing outputs
Requirements:
- BSc in Business Administration, Management, HR, or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in administration, consulting, HR, or professional services
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong consulting mindset, attention to detail, strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills
- Excellent communication and client-management abilities with high proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
