Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will manage daily administrative tasks, support staff and management, and contribute to a professional and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, calls, and filing systems

  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Coordinate office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc
  • 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role
