This role combines administrative, clerical, and light cleaning/maintenance duties to ensure an efficient, welcoming, and professional environment for students, partners, and staff.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Administrative & Recruitment Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and partner institutions — in person, by phone, and via email.
- Provide accurate information about programs, admissions, and general enquiries.
- Assist with student application processing, data entry, and maintaining applicant records in the CRM/database.
- Support recruitment officers in preparing materials for student fairs, presentations, and events.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and office appointments.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and simple promotional documents as required.
Clerical & Office Administration
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain and organize digital and paper filing systems.
- Monitor and order office supplies, brochures, and stationery.
- Support the management team with general administrative and project-based tasks.
- Ensure all office equipment (printers, computers, etc.) is functioning and serviced as needed.
Cleaning & Maintenance
- Keep reception, meeting rooms, and common areas tidy and welcoming.
- Wipe surfaces, tidy desks, and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces like the kitchen and restrooms.
- Empty trash bins and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the office.
- Report any facility or maintenance issues to management promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (additional education in office administration, marketing, or business preferred).
- Previous experience in an administrative, front-desk, or student support role — ideally within an educational or recruitment setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility for events or recruitment fairs).
