Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to the management team. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports.
- Assist with the organization and implementation of events.
- Assist the Accountant with data entry and other clerical tasks.
- Prepare and maintain the necessary documentation for accounting purposes
- Provide timely and accurate information to the Accountant as requested.
Requirements:
- HND or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
