Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Officer to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, managing communications, coordinating schedules, maintaining records, and supporting internal teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to management and various departments.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and general correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement when necessary.
- Receive and attend to visitors courteously and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate with service providers and external stakeholders.
- Support data entry and ensure the accuracy of organizational records.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing where required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 3 years of previous experience in a similar role
