Job summary

Zoracom is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to provide essential day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations. The role supports internal teams with documentation, coordination, communication, and general office administration.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and teams
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and documents)
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Prepare routine reports, letters, and office documents
  • Take meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Support onboarding documentation for new employees
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
  • Assist in coordinating vendor services and basic procurement tracking
  • Maintain proper records for administrative and operational documentation


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
