Zoracom is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to provide essential day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations. The role supports internal teams with documentation, coordination, communication, and general office administration.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to management and teams
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, and documents)
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Prepare routine reports, letters, and office documents
- Take meeting minutes and track follow-up actions
- Support onboarding documentation for new employees
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
- Assist in coordinating vendor services and basic procurement tracking
- Maintain proper records for administrative and operational documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Close attention to detail and accuracy
- Professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
