Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with our existing customers to ensure they are not experiencing difficulties with our products and services.
- Solicit new business (Introducing our New Products).
- You are assigned a set of potential customers to reach out to and sell products via telemarketing.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in a related field
- A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
