Job summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Manager (Entry Level) to support the daily administrative operations of the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage office activities efficiently, and basic knowledge of office procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily office administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely procurement when necessary.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Assist with basic financial documentation such as invoices, receipts, and expense records.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and administrative documents.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office communications.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
- Support management with other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND (Ordinary National Diploma) in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 1 year of administrative or office support experience.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping will be an added advantage.
