Job summary
We are seeking a Head of Operations to provide integrated administrative coordination, HR support, and financial oversight to ensure operational efficiency, documentation integrity, and compliance across the Foundation.

Responsibilities:
Administration
- Maintain organizational, staff, vendor, and donor records.
- Coordinate internal documentation, scheduling, and procurement support.
- Ensure orderly, audit-ready filing systems.
Human Resources
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and performance records.
- Administer HR processes in line with internal policies and labor regulations.
Finance Oversight
- Track budgets and expenditures.
- Verify payment requests and supporting documents.
- Maintain financial records and support audits and donor reporting.
- Liaise with external accountants/auditors.
Compliance & Controls
- Enforce administrative and financial procedures.
- Flag irregularities and variances to the Executive Director.
- Support audit and donor compliance processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, HR, Accounting, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in NGO or structured organizational settings.
- Strong documentation, organization, and numerical tracking skills.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
- Process discipline and accountability
- Ability to operate in a lean, multi-task environment
