Admin Assistant/Facility Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Management Officer/Admin Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth running of office facilities and logistics.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise drivers and ensure all company vehicles have valid and up-to-date documentation (licenses, insurance, roadworthiness, etc.).
- Oversee office assistants to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the office environment at all times.
- Monitor and ensure consistent power supply for daily operations (generator, fuel management, etc.).
- Support and maintain efficient day-to-day operational flow within the organization.
- Prepare and submit weekly operational and facility reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in facility management or administrative support.
- Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office proficiency is essential).
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- The preferred candidate should reside around Ikota First Gate or the Ajah axis.
