Cafe Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and coordinate café staff, including cooks and other team members.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock of ingredients, supplies, and beverages.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure duties are carried out effectively.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure the café environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
• Coordinate production of café items such as pastries, salads, smoothies, juices, and healthy meals.
• Maintain accurate records of daily sales, stock usage, and operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
• Support management in improving service delivery and overall business performance.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Café Manager or in a similar supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry.
• Relevant educational background in hospitality management, business administration, catering, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Must be calm, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to speak and communicate clearly in good English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company professionally.
