Job Summary

Our organization, WorkPrime & Partners Ltd is seeking a highly-organized Accounts & Admin Officer for its client. The Admin and Accounts Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative and financial functions within the organization. The incumbent will perform a variety of bookkeeping, accounting, and administrative duties

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:


Accounts Duties

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
  • Process employee expense reports and reimbursement requests.
  • Monitor and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as vendors and clients, to resolve financial issues.

Administrative Duties

  • Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
  • Coordinate administrative procedures and processes.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office functioning.
  • Support in HR activities of the company
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating needs.
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.




Requirements

  • Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience years experience in a similar role or as an Accountant.
  • Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • IT-oriented and proficient in using accounting software applications e.g. Wave.
  • Professional knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, etc
  • Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
  • Good judgment, initiative, and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Candidates must be 37 years and below



    Candidates residing around Costain, Ijora, Ebute Meta, Iponri, Alaka, Otto, Apapa Road, Iganmu, Orile, Suruler, Yaba and Coker are preferred
