Job Description/Requirements
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure statutory remittances are made promptly.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenditures.
- Support administrative activities, including office management and procurement.
- Maintain proper filing systems and ensure document accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
