Responsibilities:
- Daily Financial Management
- Record and reconcile daily sales from food, drinks, and other services.
- Monitor cash, POS, bank transfers, and online payment transactions.
- Prepare daily sales and revenue reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows. Monitor food, drinks, alcohol, and other consumable stock records.
- Reconcile stock received, sold, and remaining. Work with the storekeeper and purchasing department to prevent stock shortages and wastage.
- Monitor food and beverage costs.
- Identify discrepancies between stock usage and recorded sales
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience
- A minimum of an OND in a related field
