Bar Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and make personalized recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Restock ingredients, monitor inventory, and report shortages or equipment issues.
• Handle both pre-orders and walk-in orders, customizing items to meet each client’s preferences.
• Assist clients with product selection and respond to questions about ingredients and product offerings.
• Process orders promptly and accurately using the POS system.
• Prepare shakes and smoothies according to company recipes and quality standards.
• Contribute creative ideas for new shakes and menu enhancements.
• Keep the Energy Bar area clean, organized, and sanitized at all times.
• Comply with all safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Rotate products in refrigerated coolers and on display shelves, ensuring proper stock levels and compliance with spoilage policies.
• Perform routine and deep cleaning of the Energy Bar, equipment, and storage areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food and beverage preparation, smoothie bars, cafés, or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and fitness products is an added advantage.
• Creativity and interest in developing new healthy shake ideas.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions while maintaining high hygiene standards.
