Accountant

Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and financial records across all business branches
• Record, reconcile, and review daily financial transactions
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Handle account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Streamline and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain and manage a structured customer database
• Track sales performance and revenue data across branches
• Provide data analysis and reports to support sales and marketing strategies
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to monitor targets and performance
• Support data-driven decision-making to improve customer acquisition and retention

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a small or growing business
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Experience supporting sales and marketing functions through financial data is an advantage
• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and database management
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to commute regularly to different business locations within Lagos

Location: Ogidan, Ibeju, Epe - Lagos (regular commute to multiple business branches)
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 monthly
