Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Monitor cash flow and oversee daily financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filing
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes and controls
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality or real estate
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting,
