Job summary
The ideal candidate must be mature, disciplined, detail-oriented, and capable of handling financial operations, audits, account reconciliations, debt recovery processes, and financial verifications across branches and customers nationwide. The role requires frequent travels within the 36 states of Nigeria when necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and management accounts.
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding debts.
- Carry out debt recovery and customer account verification exercises.
- Conduct branch financial audits and operational reviews.
- Investigate discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support inventory control and financial accountability processes.
- Collaborate with management on financial planning and risk control.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of accounting records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4-8 years relevant experience in accounting and auditing.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical, retail, FMCG, or distribution industry is an added advantage.
- Strong auditing and investigative skills.
- Must be strong, mature, firm, and able to handle sensitive financial matters professionally.
- Must be willing and ready to travel across the 36 states of Nigeria for debt recovery and verification assignments when required.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
