Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, examining, and analyzing financial records and statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Managing all aspects of accounts payable, receivable, and payroll to maintain smooth financial operations.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management
- Providing insights for effective decision-making.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and audit requirements.
- Reconciling bank statements, monitoring cash flow, supporting budgeting and forecasting activities, and assisting with internal audit processes to promote transparency and financial accountability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel).
