Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure full compliance with all government regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tax management, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (FIRS, VAT, PAYE, etc.)
- Handle tax filings, tax clearance processes, and remittances.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor company expenses and budgets.
- Liaise with government agencies, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support management with financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and regulatory compliance.
- Experience handling tax clearance and statutory remittances.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
