Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial records.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash sales, and POS transactions.
• Monitor food, beverage, and operational costs.
• Prepare payroll and ensure timely salary payments.
• Generate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Conduct inventory audits and analyze stock variances.
• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using accounting software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ANAN, or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years' accounting experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
• Must pass a background check
