Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and accounting records.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily financial transactions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory remittances.
- Assist with internal audits and financial planning.
Requirements:
- B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Tally).
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and integrity in handling financial data.
- Professional certification (ICAN or ANAN) is an added advantage.
