Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Reconcile company bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers accurately.
Complete detailed analysis of employee expenditures and financial obligations.
Manage income and expenditure accounts across departments.
Generate timely financial reports using income and expenditure data.
To ensure the company's finances are maintained in good standing based on financial records.
File, remit, and manage tax submissions and other statutory financial obligations.
Initiate and manage financial accounting software for efficient reporting and analysis.
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.
Collaborate with management to enhance financial decision-making processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of accounting rules, regulations, and procedures (GAAP knowledge).
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks effectively.
Good communication and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
