Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Track cash flow, revenue, and expenses
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor transactions
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Oversee inventory accounting and food cost tracking
- Implement financial controls and prevent errors or fraud
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and statutory remittances
- Prepare documentation for audits
- Provide financial insights to support business decisions and expansion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- ICAN/ACCA certification is an added advantage
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (hospitality, retail, or F&B preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or Zoho Books
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Solid knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
