Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct marketing
  • Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
  • Recommend appropriate financial products (e.g., savings plans, insurance, investment products)
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints promptly
  • Keep up to date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare and present sales reports and client portfolios
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales, retail banking, or financial services is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
