Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and direct marketing
- Assess clients’ financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance
- Recommend appropriate financial products (e.g., savings plans, insurance, investment products)
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries or complaints promptly
- Keep up to date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and present sales reports and client portfolios
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, retail banking, or financial services is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Good understanding of financial products and services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and professionalism
