Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Record all financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and sales reports daily/weekly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Record the purchase of stock in the system for the Lagos office.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
