Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist with audits and provide required documentation.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional certification (ICAN/ACCA or in view) is an advantage.
- Must reside within proximity to Maryland/Ikeja.
