The accountant will manage day-to-day financial operations, including recording transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and preparing financial statements and reports

Responsibilities:
- Monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconciling bank and account balances
- Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Supporting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
- Preparing tax-related documentation as required.
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to provide accurate financial data and insights that support decision-making.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an advantage. Prior experience in healthcare or a regulated industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong skills in financial accounting
- general ledger maintenance and preparation of financial statements.
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Experience with accounts payable, receivable processes, reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Ability to ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations and internal control procedures.
- Competence in using accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g. Excel) for data management and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
