Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Account Officer to support the organisation’s financial and accounting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions.
- Assist with daily sales and payment reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records.
- Monitor transactions and supporting documentation.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Support the Accountant with routine accounting duties.
- Ensure accuracy and proper filing of financial documents.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounting or a related role.
- Previous experience in retail is required.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
