Account Officer

Responsibilities:

• Review sales receipt for accuracy before ERP authorization.
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance, accurately calculating tax liabilities, and filing corporate tax returns (PAYE, VAT, and withholding tax) by set deadlines.
• Preparing and filing Federal and State tax returns.
• Identifying legal tax savings opportunities, such as credits or exemptions, to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Managing, reviewing, and responding to tax audits, notices, and inquiries from government agencies.
• Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains in compliance.
• Collaborating with internal teams, tax auditors, and tax consultants
• Any other job that may be assigned by the Treasury Manager of Head of Finance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Minimum of a BSc.
