Job summary
The Account Officer ensures accuracy of sales receipts, compliance with tax regulations, and timely filing of Federal and State tax returns. The role involves optimization of tax savings, managing audits and inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams and external consultants to maintain compliance.

Responsibilities:
- Review sales receipt for accuracy before ERP authorization.
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance, accurately calculating tax liabilities, and filing corporate tax returns (PAYE, VAT, and withholding tax) by set deadlines.
- Preparing and filing Federal and State tax returns.
- Identifying legal tax savings opportunities, such as credits or exemptions, to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Managing, reviewing, and responding to tax audits, notices, and inquiries from government agencies.
- Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure the company remains in compliance.
- Collaborating with internal teams, tax auditors, and tax consultants
- Any other job that may be assigned by the Treasury Manager of Head of Finance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
