A HR consulting company is seeking a smart, proactive, and experienced Accountant to join its team.

Responsibilities:
- Partnering with the HR team to process accurate, timely monthly payroll for clients or internal staff, including managing deductions.
- Generating invoices for HR services (recruitment, consulting) and managing client billing, ensuring payments are received.
- Reconciling bank accounts and ensuring tax and VAT compliance.
- Managing company expenses, processing vendor payments, and ensuring all outgoing invoices are approved and accurate.
- Interface with all tax agencies/bodies in relation to tax matters.
- Manage and monitor financial systems and software, etc……
Requirements:
- Must have proven experience as an Accounts Officer (mandatory).
- Preparing financial statements, report sheets, and profit/loss reports to provide management insights.
- Software proficiency (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze financial data.
- Highly detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in payroll and invoicing.
Location: Ladipo, Oshodi, Lagos.
