Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the company teams to provide software training to clients on how to use customized software applications
- Provide timely and thorough responses to clients’ inquiries and requests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify clients' software issues and liaise with appropriate department to resolve them
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure that clients’ needs are met.
- Participate in the presentation of the company’s ERP to prospective clients.
- Marketing drive of the Insurance ERP to clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (only)
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and practices
