Job summary
The Account Clerk will be responsible for supporting the finance department by maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with day-to-day accounting operations.

Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
- Maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory remittances where required.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department.
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
