Account Associate
Job summary
We are a growing wholesale pharmacy startup seeking a motivated Account Associate to join our team. No prior work experience is required just a willingness to learn, grow, and build a career in accounting.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain accounting records and reports.
- Support invoicing, payments, and expense tracking.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and the
- filing of documents.
- Help maintain accurate inventory and financial records.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field.
- No prior work experience required.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- The preferred candidate should reside in Ajah or nearby areas.
