We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Account & Finance Officer with strong experience in both fintech and traditional banking to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency within our fast-growing digital finance company.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Track and reconcile crypto and fiat transactions across multiple platforms.
- Oversee budget preparation, expense management, and cash flow monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory bodies, and banking partners.
- Provide financial insights to management for strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align accounting processes with fintech transaction systems (crypto exchange, virtual cards, bill payments, and gift cards).
- Implement and maintain accounting software for efficient reporting and control.
- Develop and enforce internal financial policies to prevent fraud and ensure transparency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in finance or accounting roles within both fintech and banking environments (required).
- Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital payment systems, cryptocurrency accounting, and financial reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside within close proximity to Ikeja for ease of commute.
