Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise accommodation operations: Oversee the day-to-day management of staff housing, camps, hostels, or apartments.
- Lead the accommodation team: Supervise Accommodation Officers, attendants, cleaners, and other support staff; assign duties and monitor performance.
- Coordinate maintenance: Inspect facilities regularly, report defects, and ensure repairs are completed promptly.
- Manage room allocation: Approve and coordinate room assignments, transfers, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene: Monitor housekeeping standards and sanitation within accommodation facilities
- Control accommodation assets: Manage furniture, appliances, keys, and other company property; conduct periodic inventories
- Handle employee concerns: Address accommodation-related complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a BSc.
