🎯The Role
We are s

e

eking an experienced Academy Director to lead the academic and operational management of SAHA Africa’s Hospitality Academy.
Working

c

losely with the Founder, the Academy Director will oversee training programs, curriculum development, instructor coordination, and student outcomes. The role also requires building strong relationships with hospitality industry partners to ensure SAHA graduates transition successfully into employment.
This is

a

senior leadership role within the academy, responsible for maintaining training quality, strengthening industry relevance, and supporting the continued growth of SAHA Africa.

ic & Training Leadership- Lead th

e development and continuous improvement of SAHA’s hospitality training programs.- Ensure

training delivery meets high professional and industry standards.- Supervi

se instructors, facilitators, and training staff.- Monitor

student progress, learning outcomes, and training effectiveness.
ii. Prog

r

am & Academy Management- Oversee

day-to-day operations of the academy and training programs.- Coordin

ate class schedules, training sessions, and program delivery.- Maintai

n a structured, professional learning environment for students.
iii. Ind

u

stry Partnerships & Placement- Develop

and maintain relationships with hospitality businesses including restaurants, hotels, lounges, and hospitality groups.- Identif

y employment and internship opportunities for SAHA graduates.- Collabo

rate with industry partners to ensure training remains aligned with workforce needs.
iv. Stra

t

egic Development- Support

the Founder in executing SAHA Africa’s growth strategy.- Identif

y opportunities for new training programs, partnerships, and industry collaborations.- Contrib

ute to initiatives that expand the academy’s reach and impact.


📚Qualifications & Experience- Experie

nce in hospitality operations, hospitality training, or hospitality education.- Proven

leadership experience managing teams, programs, or institutions.- Experie

nce developing or delivering professional training or hospitality curriculum.- Strong

communication and stakeholder engagement skills.- Strong

organizational and operational management capabilities.- A degre

e in Hospitality Management, Education, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
