The Academic Program Coordinator will manage course scheduling, faculty support, student records and programme compliance. This role is central to ensuring that academic programmes run smoothly from registration through graduation.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate course schedules, classroom allocation and faculty support needs.
- Support faculty with materials, grading deadlines and technology requirements.
- Advise students on programme requirements, registration, transfer credits and academic policies.
- Maintain course catalogues, syllabus archives and LMS content such as Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard.
- Support accreditation and compliance reporting.
- Organise orientation sessions, faculty meetings, guest lectures and graduation ceremonies.
- Update and audit student academic records, transcripts, degree audits and enrolment verifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of BSC.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
