We transitioned to new leadership under the pilot of Mrs Hilda Kabushenga Kragha. Mrs Kragha was previously an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company; advising blue-chip clients on strategy, human capital, and organisational transformation projects.

In Hilda’s passionate joining statement, she said, “I am excited to join the Jobberman team at a time when Africa, specifically Nigeria, is at the cusp of redefining the way we approach talent management and workplace productivity. I look forward to engaging with all of our stakeholders and driving positive impact across the country.”

Jobberman NYSC Employability Workshop

Continuing our passion for upskilling Nigerian youths to become thoroughbred professionals,  we organised an employability workshop for corps members.

The workshop featured skills training, career guidance sessions, cv reviews and mentorship. At the end of the exercise, the best-performing participants became ‘Jobberman ambassadors.’
