Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and processing of milk and other yoghurt ingredients.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to approved production procedures.
- Operate and assist with basic yoghurt production equipment and machinery.
- Monitor production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Assist with filling, sealing, labelling, and packaging finished yoghurt products.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the production area and equipment.
- Follow food safety, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Conduct basic quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Properly store raw materials and finished products according to required conditions.

Report equipment faults, production issues, or quality concerns to the Production Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records and assist with stock monitoring.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Production Supervisor.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
