Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate yarn winding machines efficiently and safely to meet daily production targets.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor machine settings to ensure proper yarn winding and consistent product quality.
- Inspect yarn and finished packages for defects, breakages, or quality issues during production.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, basic maintenance, and report mechanical faults to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure raw materials are loaded correctly and monitor machine performance throughout production.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and machine performance.
- Follow workplace health, safety, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and production team members to ensure efficient operations and timely completion of production schedules
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
