Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate the wheel loader for aggregate and sand feeding, stockpile management, and internal material handling within the batching plant.
- Follow loading sequences to avoid contamination, control bucket fill and spillage, and support continuous production during peak hours.
- Perform daily inspections on tyres, brakes, hydraulics, and lubrication points, and carry out routine maintenance such as greasing and cleaning.
- Observe site traffic rules, maintain safe distances from pedestrians and trucks, and coordinate with the plant operator to respond to material shortages or equipment alarms.
- Keep basic records of loading activities and report defects promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Attention to detail.
