Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all company WhatsApp groups daily
- Keep groups active, engaging, and well-coordinated
- Respond promptly to inquiries, comments and messages
- Share updates, announcements and real estate opportunities across groups
- Ensure all group rules are followed and maintain a positive community environment
- Follow up with leads from WhatsApp groups
- Work closely with other teams to support campaigns
