Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Check the weight of trucks entering and leaving.
- Record gross weight (full truck) and tare weight (empty truck).
- Enter details like truck number, driver’s name, material type, time, and weight into the system or logbook
- Keep the weighbridge area clean and report maintenance needs.
- Report issues like overloaded trucks, wrong documentation, or weighbridge faults.
- Ensure trucks enter and exit in the correct order and follow site rules.
- Verify delivery notes, loading orders, or transport documents.
- Print and give weight tickets to drivers as proof of measurement
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience
